Beverage Director Dimitrios Karagiannis and Executive Chef Aaron Watson want to take you on a journey through Greece.

In this guided 4-course wine dinner, you’ll explore a diverse array of Assyrtiko wines from varying regions of Greece alongside a seafood-inspired menu.

On the menu, you'll find a light and refreshing black bass crudo with citrus and caviar, a rich and hearty lobster pasta, a whole grilled fish, finished table side, with eggplant confit and marinated cherry tomatoes, and a bittersweet dark chocolate tart to finish off the evening.

Delight your palate with a tasting of five Assytiko wines, from a 2022 Zafeirakis from Thessaly and a 2022 Chrissou-Tselepos from Santorini, to a 2015 Economou from Crete, a 2021 Savvoglou-Tsivolas from Limnos, and a 2004 Hatzidakis Vinsanto from Santorini. Each wine pairs beautifully with each dish, taking you on a cultural and gastronomic journey through Greece, from the coastlines to the mountains.

On the menu, you'll find Nerai classics like our fresh horiatiki salad, simply grilled lavraki, poached Maine lobster pasta, tender duck moussaka, and special holiday addition - pan seared halibut with a red pepper & fennel compote, pickled beech mushrooms, tomato consommé and finished off with a saffron aioli, to name a few.
