In this guided 5-course tasting menu, you’ll explore a diverse array of wines from the region of Macedonia, Greece alongside five thoughtfully curated dishes. From a 2020 Asprouda, rare white varietal and 2013 Rapsani served from a magnum bottle, to 10 year old legendary white blend Assyrtiko - Semillon and vintage 2001 Xinomavro - Negoska blend, each wine pairs beautifully with each dish, taking you on a cultural and gastronomic journey through one of Greece’s ancient regions.
